A Message from the
Head Librarian

With this introductory course, you will be exposed to the three major areas of designs that can help you make decisions as a professional educator including single-case designs, group designs, and qualitative approaches.

Your goals this week are to:

  • Understand the difference between single case designs and group designs in experiments.
  • Learn about the basic structure of a group comparison.
  • Understand the importance of random assignment to comparison groups.
