Communication
Question |
Answer |
Why do I need to include the course name and/or number in email messages that I send to the instructor? |
Instructors teache several classes. If you do not identify the course that your message is related to, it will delay your reply if we have to review numerous course rosters to determine which course you might be referring to. |
If I have a question about something, should I ask the instructor or the ITS help desk? |
If your question is related to course content or assignment requirements, send it to the instructor. If your question is related to a technical issue, send it to the ITS help desk. |
If I have a question about something, should I use the pager in eLearning? |
If you have a question for the instructor, send your question in the form of an email message (rather than using the pager). |
Late Assignments
Question |
Answer |

assignments? |
Yes, you can make up
late assignments (and receive partial credit for them) as long as you submit
them within 10 days of the original due date (per the late policy explained

Exams
Question |
Answer |
Where are the answers to the questions on the
exams?
|
The answers for the items on the quizzes are not made available until after
the quiz period is over and the instructor has released the answers. Once the
answers have been released, you can access them from the exam in eLearning. |
I took a quiz, but my there is no grade in the
gradebook. Why didn't I
get credit for the exam?

Each quiz is date- and time-restricted. If you submit a quiz after the due
date/time or after the allotted time period, you will receive a zero as your
score on the quiz. |
